Fans in London got the news first at a special launch event at the Barbican, where the festival also partnered with The Great Frog to reveal The Apex Rings, custom pieces created for this year’s headliners. The event offered a glimpse of what to expect from next year’s expanded District X area, featuring a string quartet, fortune tellers and more.

Further announcements are expected in the coming months, but for now, Download’s opening line-up poster sets the tone for another huge summer. Tickets are already on sale.

What do you think?

Hayley Louise also gave her thoughts: “So excited. Another amazing looking line-up.”

Will Swain posted on Twitter/X: “Fair play to Download, this line-up is absolutely STACKED. Top tier headliners and huge undercard.”

Adrian added on the same platform: “A download festival lineup I am so behind with! Amazing.”
