England survived a spirited second-half surge from Argentina
Max Ojomoh marked his Twickenham debut in style as the hosts stretched their winning run to 11 Tests.

Ojomoh crossed for one try and laid on another with a deft crossfield kick before the interval, helping England establish a 17-3 lead. It might have been even healthier had Luke Cowan-Dickie not seen a score chalked off for a marginal knock-on on the stroke of half-time.
Argentina, who overturned a 21-point deficit to beat Scotland a week earlier, forced their way back once more. Justo Piccardo darted over and penalties from Tomas Albornoz and Santiago Carreras narrowed the gap to 17-16 as the hour approached.
England appeared to find their rhythm again when a powerful run from Alex Coles provided the platform for Ojomoh to send Henry Slade over beneath the posts. George Ford added the extras and a penalty to restore an 11-point cushion, although Rodrigo Isgro’s converted try in the final minute ensured a tense finish.

Those final moments
With the Pumas chasing a match-winning score and urged on by a small but vocal pocket of supporters, England were forced to hold their nerve. Argentina secured a line-out inside the 10-metre mark but lost control at the crucial moment, prompting huge relief from the majority of the 80,807 crowd.
Alex Mitchell then booted the ball into the stands to seal a hard-earned victory and close out a year that featured only one defeat, away in Dublin in February.
Ojomoh was England's best player
As England fans caught their breath after an unexpectedly tense finale, Ojomoh collected the player of the match champagne.
The 25-year-old, making only his second England appearance after a debut against the United States in the summer, looked immediately at home as he inserted himself into England's midfield debate.
Afforded a chance by Fraser Dingwall's injury against the All Blacks, the Bath centre took only 10 minutes to gleefully dive in at the same end he had scored at against Leicester in June's Prem final.

The Argentina back three had made a mess of fielding a high kick with full-back Juan Cruz Mallia scooping a loose ball off the floor - but into the hands of Ojomoh, who had anticipated well and scooted in untouched.
His assist for Immanuel Feyi-Waboso was arguably more impressive.
As Ford threatened to disappear down a blind-side cul-de-sac, Ojomoh provided his fly-half with an escape route, accepting a pass, switching play and punting perfectly across field for his wing to streak in without breaking stride for 17-0 on 27 minutes.
